SUBSCRIPTIONS
Upon registering for a LADY CONFIDENT’s subscription account, you acknowledge that you are agreeing to the terms herein: You acknowledge that subscription service features may only be accessed and used after payment of fees has been paid. Once subscription fees are paid, they are non-refundable. Your subscription term and billing cycle is determined by the date you signed up for the subscription. You also acknowledge that your subscription can be automatically set on auto-renewal unless you cancel your subscription prior to your renewal date. LADY CONFIDENT will make the service and/or subscription membership available during the applicable subscription term, solely for your own internal business purposes. You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate, current, and complete Account Information. Cancellation, Termination, and Suspension LADY CONFIDENT and you, the customer, can cancel or delete or have deleted, by Lady Confident or its associate terminate, or suspend your subscription account at any time for any reason. If your subscription is cancelled, terminated, or suspended due to violations of this Conditions of Usage policy and or other policies herein no refund or reimbursement will be distributed or returned to you. If your cancellation, termination, and/or suspension is without violations to the agreed to usage policy, a refund or reimbursement will be refunded at a prorated portion of your monthly or annual prepayment subscription plan. If for any reason you, the customer, should find suspicious activity with your account, you should immediately notify LADY CONFIDENT’s site to cancel your account. You further agree that LADY CONFIDENT will not be liable for any cost, loss, damages, or expenses arising out of a failure by you to maintain the security of your LADY CONFIDENT’s account. Deletions and Termination of Subscriptions Once your account has been deleted or terminated, your subscription account with LADY CONFIDENT cannot restored or recovered in any way. If you do not log into your account in 2 years, 24 months, your subscription account is considered inactive can therefore be deleted with all data associated with it.
